Hi VJ friends, i got a confusion about NVC mail. IT says " the NVC recently received undeliverable mail for beneficary due to an old or bad mailing address in our records . please provide the NVC with Beneficary's current mailing address and we will update our records accordingly.Please submit the updated address to NVC." please help me to understand.thank u

It means the address of the beneficiary is incorrect and they need the correct address.

The NVC tried to send the beneficiary mail (I presume you are the beneficiary?) and received mail back from the post office saying that the address provided is wrong.

I suggest you check to see if you have mixed up the numbers in your address.

Have you called NVC to ask them what they were sending you. Have no idea where you are in the process. But I would call to verify.

my case is completed ..but now thay are asking to update with current address. i belive are they asking for post box number..i ahve different address in i 130..Is that might be the casue? how they send interview apoinment letter ..email or regular mail?

Did you ever call NVC when you got case# and give both if your emails? The interview letter is via email. I guess for people who never call they mail it to the address on the I-130. How were you notified of IV BILL and AOS to pay?

You just need to ca,, NVC they are sending you something. How long have you had Case Complete?

my case completed on thrusday, i use email to pay bills and i receive all forms on email. i called them everyday , but yesterday saturday i got this mail, today nvc is closed so its killing me to wait till tomorrow. they have all my emails and beneficary email address.

I wouldn't stress about it; the NVC screws up all the time.

Last week we got an email from them saying that they can't apply for residency for our US born son (duh!)

i called again ...another operator says they need updated mailing address....mannnnn..different operators different suggestins ...to much tuff to believe on one operator...
