He actually left all the readings to me because of his too tied up with work. Thanks for your response..I again wants to ask if we should just wait for the denial letter from them or we can call and cancel since we knew it would be denied and then re-apply again?would this be a basis for succeeding denial in the future?thanks a lot!

This is very unfortunate. The process only gets more involved and will require a lot of his attention and effort on his part. The AoS can be especially time consuming if you don't keep meticulous records. Do not let him pin the blame on you as in the end he is the one solely responsible for filing the paperwork. If he really is so busy that he can't be bothered to read the requirements for filing perhaps you can suggest he hire an immigration lawyer in his area that specializes in K-1 visa applications.

you will need to send him a letter of intent with original signature ...also a G 325A with original signature ..also 2 passport size photos ...and lots of pictures with date would be great ..he can fill out the I 129F follow the instructions on the samples on the vj site ..
