I wanted to get some feedback regarding vistor visas. My fiance is from Jamaica. As I understand certain beneficiaries are allowed to visit so long as they prove their intent to return home. (return ticket, lease/rental agreement, employment letter etc...) My question is what are others experiences with Jamaica and whether or not Vistor visas are issued with pending I-129F? I see certain beneficiaries from certain countries can visit with a pending fiance visa. I just want to understand why it seems this is not the case for Jamaicans.

Are there beneficiaries from Jamaica that have visited while waiting for their fiance visa to process? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

There is a big difference between visiting from a low-fraud visa waiver country, or visiting with a tourist visa that the beneficiary has had for a while and used without overstaying before, and applying for a tourist visa with a K1 (or CR-1) in process. It is much more difficult to get a tourist visa once an immigrant visa is in process.
