Im am preparing to sponsor my, son and daughter who are under 18,im a greencard holder,can someone give me steps to how i should go about this?

You will start off with the I-130 for each of the children.

The case will likely be transferred to the NVC where the action starts

IF the case is not transferred then it it will be placed on hold until the priority date is current... and AOS can be filed.

Nov 17 2011 - COA / I-864 received
Nov 18 2011 - Sent COA
Apr 30 2012 - Pay AOS fee

Oct 15 2012 - Pay IV fee
Oct 25 2012 - Sent AOS/IV Package

Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete

May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA

How about answering the questions posed to you by other VJ members who are trying to help you on this EXACT SAME SUBJECT?????

And please stop creating different threads on the same subject. You do not need three separate threads asking questions on the same subject.

HOW DID YOU GET YOUR GREEN CARD????? IT MATTERS BECAUSE IT TAKES 2-3 YEARS FOR YOU TO PETITION FOR YOUR KIDS. IT MAY BE FASTER IF THERE IS A US CITIZEN STEPFATHER.

i didnt answer them cause you guys already gave me answers, i just wanted some other opinions, if that bothers you just dont comment.
