Hey everyone, I need your advice please.

I paid $2000 upfront for this immigration office to do the sponsoring from A-Z.

The paper had been approved and forwarded to NVC. The immigration office received the letter from NVC on August 3 to make a payment(AOS and IV). They didn't for 2 months. After 6 phone calls from me last week, they finally made the payment last Friday. That's two months late.

So I'm in the process of getting my money back from them. Not the whole $2000 but only whatever paperwork they haven't done.

So I went to the NVC website and the status said, "PAID"

now what do I do next? I have no idea what I need to do next. I read the online forums but there are so much info that I'm lost.

what documents do i need to send to the NVC now?

thanks.

u scroll down on the same paid portal page and u will see "Next Steps" scroll down bit more u will see it says "print receipt".."print document cover sheet", "AOS processing instructions"....if u dont have a printer then it also says to email it to u....u can always print it later....remember bar coded Document cover sheet is important as u need that to send with all ur documents.

then u select the IV payment portal and u will see the same things as above so keep following it....

Note - AOS bar coded cover sheet and IV bar coded cover sheet looks the same but it is different if u read it thoroughly so pls do not mix those...

and by the way immigration lawyers are big NO No...all the required info is here on VJ...read it more and u will be ahead of the game....GOOD LUCK

Once you have read come back here or post in that thread questions you must have. I pray you at least have all the documents already.

WOW $2000 ust for NVC stage. They were thieves who did nothing you couldn't have done yourself. Sorry.
