you said you have been in Morocco a month now? How much longer are you planning to stay? If you can stay a good length of time or take another trip before you reapply this could be beneficial for you. You might want to get him a bank card to the joint account and let him withdraw money in morocco at times to show you are co mingling funds. Take pics together and with his family and don't pose for them. Just take a variety of pics together and with family and friends etc... If you are there and shopping at marjane keep the receipts for things you buy together while you are there. When you go back to the USA write letters to eachother. Try to take your time reapplying and let some time pass so you can obtain more substancial proof. They love seeing longevity in relationships. Best of luck!!

No make photo copies and save the originals save train ticket stubs too. Keep anything that shows you are there together. Consider another trip before you refile. If I can think of anything else I will share.

OK. I should have checked the timeline. Your I-130 was denied by USCIS after your RFE response. There was never a visa interview. Now, I get it. You are still better off to begin again with a well managed new process. It's actually better than winning an appeal and much faster.

aha dont reprimand me too fast! I c now, OP application was just never accepted. So she can spend more quality time with her SO and accumulate solid evidence for an entirely new application, and not appeal the K1. Learn something new each day on VJ!!

Well I figured they want proof of co habitation and co mingling of funds and this shows they were living together as husband and wife and buying things cohesively

A CR1 visa has not been applied for yet. You need an approved petition before applying for a visa. Petitions are generally "denied without prejudice" meaning the petitioner is free to file again.

The denial letter spells out what they are looking for and what the OP was lacking so If I was the OP I would make sure I have solid proof and more to everything they denied the application for. Also longevity is the key in the OP's situation because according to the video's I posted marriages over the 2 year mark are less scrutinized. And with such a big age gap this could be vital.

No application has been filed for anything. The petition was denied. Two years of marriage is not some magic goal line that changes the scrutiny to any great extent, particularly if the couple has been in some sort of process to get the foreigner to the USA, since even before marriage.

People both married AND living together abroad for two years or more, are the ones that get significantly less scrutiny in any Consulate. That's because the strongest evidence of a bona fide relationship is the time the couple has spent together in person.

Yes I agree there is not and exact time frame I am only going by what the consulate officer stated in her video about the Casablanca post. In my opinion because of the past denials the OP has a lot more hoops to jump through and the only thing that will possibly help is more time and strong documentation.
