Right at the beginning of her tourist visa application in Manila, she already committed cheating and fraud. How she obtained an authenticated CENOMAR ( Certificate of No Marriage ) from the Census office is questionable because she will be traced upon verification as single or married ( unless there's inside job to hide her marriage certificate). It is really a sad reality and she has to face the consequences. Most of us got here in the US legally through sweat and blood and it's unfair that they have to cheat and commit fraud just to get here. I understand the love that binds, the love that will bind them together but they have to do it right.

the only hope is for the USC to move to the Philippines..She should not bother coming here since she was with fraud and bigamy... the USCIS would not forgive her that easy... Just let the guy relocate to the Philippines and tell her to stay where she is now
