Back for help again

Interview is next week.

Let's say my beneficiary Frist name is ONA Maria, Middle Name is Lawyer, and Last name Burton and that's the way it's lisited on her NBI, passport, BC, and everything else. I noticed that she signed her DS-230 as Ona Burton leaving out Maria on her first name. She said that is the way she signs her name sometimes. Do you think I should have any concern that I didn't get an NBI check on Ona Burton? Or should I have her sign a affidavit saying they are one of the same person?

Again Thanks

The handwritten signature says "Ona Burton"? Is that it? If yes, it doesn't have an effect on the names that appear on her other documents. It's just a signature. A signature can be of any form, it doesn't have to be your full name.

"the way she signs her name SOMETIMES"?

It doesn't matter how she signs it, as long as it's consistent on all her legal documents.
