Will be meeting with the co sponsors who are filling out the affidavit form for my fiancee. My question to clarify for the co sponsors(who will be my brother in laws dad)is.....

1. does my co sponsor need to mention me anywhere on the affidavit or just my fiancee?(I recently got a job and don't make enough yet, so it's the reason they will be sponsoring.)

2. what does my co sponsor write on question 3 that says relationship to sponsor? it's asking what is my fiancee's relationship to the sponsor? (since he's my brother in laws dad, does he write....friend? or father in law, which i don't know if would make sense because I am not married yet to my fiancee. (we recently got approved for i-129f so she needs this affidavit to take to her embassy.)

3. For question 11 does the co sponsor need to fill this out? because they don't know what to write there and asked if they could put N/A.

well those are all my question. Please if someone can answer them as I am meeting them tomorrow evening. Will mean so much to me and Valentina.

Here is a link for you to look over that may help. Since you are not married yet they are no relationship to your fiance therefore would be considered a friend. For # 11 "check" do not intend...unless there is specific things they want to they are going to be giving money for. And correct put N/A on the lines below. Some embassy's request the I-864 even for a k-1 visa. Check in the forum for your embassy to see which one they request. Best of luck to you.

No, they are sponsoring the foreign fiancee. The USC would only be listed as the co-sponsor's dependent if they claimed the USC on their taxes.

2. what does my co sponsor write on question 3 that says relationship to sponsor? it's asking what is my fiancee's relationship to the sponsor? He can put whatever makes sense: future father-in-law?

3. For question 11 does the co sponsor need to fill this out? because they don't know what to write there and asked if they could put N/A.

Have them check neither and put 'N/A (K-1 process for permanent residence)' like on the example form: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

well those are all my question. Please if someone can answer them as I am meeting them tomorrow evening. Will mean so much to me and Valentina.
