I know i have to submit form AR-11. Here is the confusing part. My father in law who is my sponsor and he live in Wisconsin so should he also file form i865? since he is not moving but i am. I know i have to file Form Ar-11 but at the same time should he file form i865?

Thanks in Advance.

if your father dont change his address there is no need for him to file the change of address form 1-865 it stays the same.if he moves and changes his address, then he will need to file the 1-865 form change of address.since your father is the sponsor the immigration wants to know how to locate him if there is ever a public charge
