My fiancé sent his packet 3 to US embassy, delhi y on 6th sept,2012 and still he didn't get his interview date till now. I just want to know that is this really take this long or it's just I have to wait more days. We didn't have any ideas and your help and advise will be highly appreciated n helpful.

Scroll down until you see India (and K1) on the list. It says the average from embassy received the case to interview is 74 days. Of course it's only an estimate based on VJ timelines. Otherwise call NVC and inquire about the status of your case.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days

Oho...you are doing the mistake which I did...listen... do not listen to anyone here in this forum.
