Well, I am going out to buy a web cam this weekend and I have know idea how to tell which is the best to buy. I guess it would normally be the most expensive, but I would like to keep it under $100. Does anyone have any suggestions on brands or how I can tell if it's going to be a good quality web cam? Also I am looking for a micro phone to use too. Any suggestions would be wonderful! Thanks!

I picked up mine at Walmart and this one is actually my third one in three years. It is made by Creative Labs and it has a microphone as well. Cost was 39.99. I have not had any problems other than mine have only lasted one year at a time and now hubby is home we are not using it.

I have the logitech quickcam fusion. It comes with a built in mic and also a handsfree earphones/mic piece. i love it. Phenominal picture quality. and it was about 80 bucks

Where did you get this one?

You'll find the best selection and price at Best Buy, IMO. :star:

p.s. unless you have a Fry's electronics in your area.

Me, I use a Logitech. Creative is an excellent brand though, and might even be better than Logitech.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
