I filed my AOS on june, got the NOA, got RFE by july, send it to them, got my EAD by 8th September, got my I485 appointment letter that will be on 18th of October 2012, my usc spouse asking me my alien no, I gave it to her but later ask her what and she told me that she want to add me to her free government insurance, I told her to wait until her i130 get approved, I mean after my interview but she keep on working in the insurance behind me, yesterday she got a mail from the insurance people asking her to bring prove of relationship and she didn't know when she mentioned I will give them our marriage certificate , I asked her back, are you still putting me in ur insurance and she answered me no, I asked her what is that mail for and she said it for our medical, I offered her to give me mail but she refused .. my question is that, my usc spouse is using paratech insurance from government and she is working on it now seriously to add me to the insurance at my back and my interview is on 18th, please how is that going to affect me on interview day with the immigration .. please reply me soon if you have an idea...thanks

Why are you worried? Our plan is my fiance to add me immediately after we get married in the states to his insurance as we plan and hope to have a baby as soon as possible as we both want it so much

He has already spoken with his insurance company and they have told him that this is not a problem at all. I think that this will even show more proof of a bonafide marriage ...

Is this "free public insurance" a Medicaid program? It may be called something else in your wife's state. A Google search of "paratech insurance" did not return any useful results.

A green card holder is not permitted to receive Medicaid for the first 5 years. It is a forbidden means tested benefit.

Under the I-864 Affidavit of Support, your wife and any co-sponsor would be liable to reimburse the government for any benefits you improperly receive.
