I sent my I-130 Visa Application back in July and it was forwarded to the Vermont Service Center on July 18th. I realize it hasn't been too long of a wait yet but I was just wondering if anyone happens to know what month/time frame of being accepted to the VSC is being approved now. Thanks!

At present they are approving March and April filers. Check Igor's list which will give you an idea of where they are but be mindful that this list is dependant upon members filling in their timelines.

The following link shows changes from Oct 1st, 2012: However, I don't think this applies to you because you filed in July: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=c3c7ca7c5fed9310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=e7801c2c9be44210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

Moved from IR-1/CR-1 Process & Procedures to USCIS Service Centers forum; topic is about VSC operations and said operations affect all petitions that are being adjudicated there.

I sent my I-130 Visa Application

The I-130 is not a visa application form, it is a petition form filed by a US Citizen or LPR on behalf of a foreign relative that if approved, will allow the foreign relative to apply for an immigrant visa on the basis of the approved petition.
