I know we have the guidelines here posted.....but I just don't remember sending all these supporting documents with the I-29f and G325a in the past when I did a previous sucessful k-1 vis application. I'm not trying to be silly, obviously I remember preparing all these things at some point, I just don't remember doing it in the 1st stage when I sent the check (which was several years ago). Now that I am asking about here, I begin to feel really dopey, and realize I should just send everything as the guidelines suggest. But any comments will be appreciated.

(if someone is wondering......the past k-1 visa I applied didn't work out, and I needed to request My China girl return to China as I couldn't accept marrying her, so she did return.) However, that being done in September 2010 was not my first k-1 application. I did one in 2005 sucessfully for a different girl from China, and found I was too skeptical to marry her at that time too, but this 1st woman would not, and did not return to China, and stayed in the US with help from some folks from the Chinese church, and of course she is here illegaly now.

I did advise immigration of both these occurances, and obviously they notified during the 2nd application that I was considered a "multiple filer". Both previous k-1's were approved.

Please don't judge me too harshly about those previous 2, I just ran into alot of doubt about those previous two. I sincerely wanted to find My Asian Princess still after all these years, and finally went to Virtnam and engaged to My Sweetheart there a few weeks ago. I had to retire early to give myself as much time as I needed to be with her and be sure what I wanted this time.

So now getting ready to file for her this time, and pray that they will accept our application for my Fiance this time.

any comments will be graciously accepted......thanks in advance....Ronn
