Traveling within US while AOS is pending

My husband and I wanted to visit Califonia in October since my best friend is getting married. I recently just sent in my AOS package at the end of August and I recieved my NOA1. In addition my toutist visa has expired. So basically I just wanted to know if it would be ok to go. Or will their be a hassle at the airport?

No more than the usual hassle lol. Just make sure you have valid ID that my matches your plane ticket. Have fun!

No problem at all. you are legal unitl they make a decision on your case. At the previous poster said, just make sure you have an ID that matches the name on your ticket..

I did posted the same question to another post as i need help about it badly. I have tried to find the answer but i got different answers, so i'm so confused and tried to post the same question and hope i can get the best answer or suggested the most as i have to file my AOS as soon as possible.
