Good day VJers! I was browsing through the docs needed for AOS. my brother in law is the cosponsor of my K1 visa. During my interview I handed out all ths cosponsor docs to the Consul including an I-134 AND I-864 both filled up and signed by my cosponsor.

and I think I have it here with me in the Do Not Open Envelope.

Questions :help:

1) Do I need to submit another I864 again with my application for AOS?

2) Does my brother in law need to provide the same docs like ITR, W2, Employment Cert, and Bank Statements?

thank you for generous replies. :D I am asking all these questions in advance, cause I will not have the luxury of time when I go to the US. *reviewing for the boards* :blush:

by the way, does the employment cert have to be original? as well as the ITR'S and W2?
