sending your documents now will delay your case even further. if it has been pass ten business days, then request to speak to a supervisor and demand to know why it takes so long since you do not have any file in your case yet.

you not have a GZO #, so yer optin was unsuccessful.

OPT IN AGAIN, but this time, put in the subject line:

Supervisor Review/ OPT IN Guangzhou / DS-3032 / <<Beneficiary's lastname>>

good luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

one NEVER sends an OPT IN email to nvcinquiry@state.gov

Never, EVER.

Since you did, it's the wrong thing.

Now you have to do the right thing, and shift a bit as well, to change to subject line to the one I mentioned earlier.

i dont think there are too much differences bewteen ir5 and cr1 or ir1..

anyway thank you

i think i will call back to nvc next week again.

actually, the intake process for NVC EP is exactly the same as for an IR-1.

BUT - it's a tad different for the documents on the DS-230/IV set, there's a bit more to include.

got GZO today..thank you soooooo much ..

Darnell

..you are always so kind.....

Yay ! I think you guys will be fine now. make certain you send stuff in to nvcelectronic@state.gov

it used to be 'nvcguangzhou@state.gov' but it's not so monitored these days.

Good Luck !

ps - I've updated my wiki page - please have a look ?
