Slow Embassy in Dublin

Has anyone experienced that? I have been waiting for packet 4 for 3 weeks now. I checked some past interview timelines and looks like people have been waiting usually 5-15 days. They do not reply my emails and all I really wanted to check with them is that they got my packet 3 back. I rang and they couldn't tell me anything over the phone, not even if they got my reply... Just worrying a bit, anyone in the same situation?

I would have your petition contact the Dept. of State at (202-663-1225) with your case number and DIOB. The Dept of State should be able to tell you if your packet 3 arrived. Did it get sent via Royal Mail to ensure a signature? It took my fiance's packet 3 nearly 3 weeks to get keyed in, and his interview date is 4 weeks to the day from when ti was keyed in. They had his medical papers before the packet 3 was acknowledged.

my packet has been sent via courier and signed for the same day. I rang DOS (number you've just given me) and they see no update other than my packet had been sent by the embassy. They asked if I sent the packet back and I said I did and they said they cannot do anything as the embassy didn't update the system whether they received it or not. The reason I am worrying is that I would like to know they have my reply, otherwise I'll send a new copy. The girl at the embassy told me that once it is signed for they have it but I wouldn't be that certain, letters can be signed for and then lost in the meantime. It is so frustrating not being able to get a simple answer. If they lost it I have just wasted 3 precious weeks of waiting...It usually doesn't take them that long, Dublin used to be a little faster than London's embassy...

just emailed them today again and I mentioned that the Department of State told me to email the embassy again after not receiving any reply and here it is, got a reply with my interview date September 24!!!
