Is this photo acceptable?

I had my photo taken against a plain white wall, and uploaded to the epassportphoto.com site... all went well, and when I submitted the DS-160 form, it said that my photo met the regulations... but then I had them printed at walmart, and the background looks too yellow-ish. I know it says that they can be taken against a white or off-white wall, but do you think these are acceptable? I just don't want any hold-ups after I submit packet 3.

(Ignore the grain in the photo, they were actually taken on a DSLR and the photo itself is not grainy - it's just the photo OF the photo that's grainy, cause I took it in low light on my iphone. It's resting against my actual white couch, so you can see the difference in the colour)

My background was blue (and I was worried that I would get an RFE about it). Yet my picture was acceptable. Your face is cleary visible and I see no problem why yours shouldn't be fine.

Was that for the initial I-129F package, or for Packet 3? The packet 3 instructions specifically say white or off-white background, so I just want to be sure. I've already asked walmart to reprint them, but the guy said they would probably come out the same way... I can't decide if I should just take them somewhere else, or submit them as is...

Offwhite is allowed too.

As long as the picture is clear, not pixelated and that biographic info can be logged from the picture, you should be fine. I don't know if they still require one ear to be visible or not though.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days
