I have only the last two years of tax returns. 2003 was in school and didn't file because no real income. Any ideas what I should do? Does it really need to be 3 years?

If you do not have it then you do not have it and you explain it accordingly that you were not required to file.

YMMV

actually no where on the I-134 does it say that you need the past 3 years anyways. The only thing it says about income tax is if you are self employed, submit a copy of your last income tax return.
