If all they asked for was the CENOMAR the you should be good to go. It may take a few weeks before the visa is issued so be patient.

TRACK YOUR VISA/PASSPORT

Here is a link for requirements for receiving your passport with the visa, there are also options for tracking the status of your visa/passport is currently. You can also change delivery options.

400 for cenomar??!! I dont think so.

After i had my interview last July, i got 221g form too, asking for cenomar. The day after I went to NSO pasay and ordered cenomar, it only cost 195pesos. A liason officer will go there every friday to pick up and send it to the embassy. No other payment delivery or else. Just 195pesos.

Did the Embassy keep your passport? They need to have your passport to affix the Visa.

If they kept it then your Visa will be issued after they receive your CENOMAR and have time to confirm it.

Judging from posts on VJ it shouldn't exceed 2 - 3 weeks before you have your Visa.

Did you do CFO?

You need your passport with visa and CFO sticker, the DO NOT OPEN envelope, I believe you will need to pay an exit fee Php 1620 - many times if the airfare is bought in the Phils this fee is included, check to make sure, if not it can be paid at the airport easily. Then the always present Terminal tax Php 550.

At POE Immigrations will take the DO NOT OPEN envelope, you will do biometrics once more, answer a couple questions then onward to collect your luggage and go through customs.
