hi hi, i copy all my visa stamps in my passport (i have 2 passports cuz one has expired), i-20s, my hubby's pay stubs (he has 5 payments in July ), our photos in a plastic bag, our friends affidavit (i also attach their pictures with us, bbq, hang out..), our 4 month financial statements highlight with our trip to ohio, sesame place and las vegas, also my birth certificate (3 pages)..I also a cover letter for my petition, 3 cover letters actually should be checklist for each form we filled out.... well, maybe less than 5lbs.. but it is truly thick..

i used a very thin but very strong bag, it is very large. express mail bag i believe.

Anyway, good luck to you!! i am exhausted to prepare all the materials!!!!! i am also happy today i got offer!!!!! haha

I think there is way to expedite the EAD.

But you need to figure out how

Same here. I used USPS express, $35 total. I don't know how heavy but it was about 2" high . I used my own envelope and it was delivered the next day at 11am.

My package is also actually 3" in height, I mailed all the docs in a box, for 4 of us :D

It took 13 days for eNotification reply from USCIS, cos I was so nervous that I mailed it via regular mail and it happened during the long weekend Labour Day.

I got NOA receipt number on Friday (9/15/2012) 9:03pm!! And check cashed today (9/17/2012)!

I will do the EAD expedite process tomorrow.. my new employer wants to bring me on board on 10/1/2012.. should be a hard battle for me!!!!! However, I will prepare for the best and hope for the worst.

Why would you have ALL passport pages included? You only need your biographical site, your visa site, and if your I-94 is stapled to your passport than that...that's about 3 pages only...4 if you included both front and back of I-94. Seriously why did you include ALL pages of your passport? That totally sounds like an overkill. Also, personal photos could go for the interview...what are you going to show at the interview if you already laid down "all your cards"? The real passport with all of its pages? You've gotta think that you don't want to include everything and then end up going to the interview open handed and basically having the exact same things at the interview, maybe just the original version....I also sent $5 worth of package like most others...
