Hi all.

I know that there is a HIGH probability that I've posted the question b4, as I remember someone here pointing me in the right directionand assisting me with the details in fuilling out which documents etc a few months back. How ever, due to an electrical storm, most of my electronics in the house are no longer with me. SO, Here I am having to basically, start from the beginning.

Here is the situation:

Me-US Citizen - Natual Born

Her-From the Manila Philippines + 2 children. Ages 11 & 14 (Current Ages)

I would like to bring her & both boys to the USA at the same time & marry here

What info I need is: What forms do I need to be able to do this the most simpelist & ecconomical way possible?

Currently I have:

I-129f

AR-11

G-325a

I-131

I-134

I-485

I-693

I-765

I-864

For some reason, I am thinking that I will not eed ALL of these forms, however, there may be other forms that I am forgetting.

Can Someone here PLEASE Point out the right forms, their order of filing, what areas on those forms does she need to fill out (her Information & the Boy's information)

I am currently here in Manilla however I will be leaving this friday to go back to the states as my work yet again, call my name. I would love to be able to, b4 I leave here, get these forms, print them out & try & get as much of these filled out (her & the boy's info) so that I may have them with me there in the states & ready to be filed to help speed up the process as they are requested.

Thanks.

If you should feel compelled to personally assist me based upon your own personal experiance, I welcome you to email me at jtaylo69_9@yahoo.com

Again. Thanks A Bunch.

Definitely get it all done now while you're there. Have her go through all the forms with you while you fill them out. Hank sent you the link on all the forms you will need. For sure probably need signatures from them on the G325a.

For the initial step, my fiancee only signed the G325a and I had her hand right the letter of intent to marry within 90 days in the U.S. that we included. Even with her there, we got a letter wrong on her address, but it turned out to not be a problem. After the NOA2, she will need to sign a couple things so better to get it all done now and just date it later. Good luck

I've read the info on the link how ever I must be stupid or something. I need to make ABSOLUTLEY sure that when I file the K1 Visa, the Boys are included & will also be accepted as I do not want to file & bring them here seprately. I will not separate the boys from their mother for any reason. I want to make sure that when she comes, so do the boys.

So if anyone has a step by step / line by line, that will ensure that I do everything right, the first time.

Thanks

There is a section on the I-129F to list the kids; part B, item 13. Just slow down and read.

Also read the GUIDE that is linked at the top of this page, and that I also gave you a direct link to earlier.

Hi everyone.

we have a new problem & I do hope someone can truely be of some help.

After going over there & spending some great time with my SO, it is revealed that her EX was apparently married to another woman B4 he married her. Amyway, after she found out, she picked up the kids while he was away for work and wnet into hiding from him (from what I can gather, he was very abusive and obsessive)

What we are needing to find out is, HOW CAN SHE OBTAIN HER SINGLES STATUS? I've heard that it can cost upto as much as $4,000 USD OMG!!! that's way tooo expesive.

Any suggestion or Ideas?

Thanks

If the ex was married before, I think that makes the marriage of your fiancee to her ex void? Unless, her ex's marriage prior to hers was annulled before they got married OR the ex's previous marriage was not legit? Maybe request for a CENOMAR to see if the marriage of your fiancee is actually recorded. Good luck!

1.) Tell her to check if their marriage was recorded in the NSO. She can check by ordering a copy of their Marriage Certificate and a CENOMAR. She can call 737-1111. http://nso.citizenservices.com.ph/info/procedure

2.) If their marriage is recorded at NSO, she will receive a copy of their Marriage Certificate and instead of receiving a CENOMAR, she will receive a certificate called ADVISORY ON MARRIAGES, wherein all of her current or previous marriages will be reflected.

3.) If she gets both documents (Marriage Certificate and an Advisory on Marriages), then she should file for an ANNULMENT of their marriage. It's crazy expensive and may take a long time but if she doesn't file, then she's not free to marry anyone. Consult a lawyer right away.

Go through the legal process and be prepared for things to move at turtle speed. If that doesn't resolve it, start saving your change... $4000 to high to make everything go away??? Maybe a bit, i know it was done for $2000 but thats knowing someone.. Good luck.
