I am applying for aos, but I have no work permit.

I am interested in opening a webshop to sell things I've maid. My husband has cancer and I thought that might be a good idea to hopefully raise some money for his treatment. But I am not sure I can do this. Would this be considered as working illegal?

Yes.

If you have not yet applied for employment authorisation using an I-765 then you should do so. There is no charge when filed as part of a support AoS application.

Offering a service and charging for it is working. Working without EAD is not allowed.

You have not filed AOS, or you have filed AOS?

I'm sorry about your situation however you do have the possibility of either waiting until getting greencard, or file i-765(EAD) along with NOA1 from i485(AOS to waive the fee if you've already submitted i485. Your 3rd option is submitting i765 along with the i485 if you haven't submitted any of them yet.

Unless it's acute/an emergency, you won't get the EAD expedited after filing it with i485/i130. Before then, you're not eligible to work.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)
