My fiancée petitioned for her mother to come live with us. My fiancée is the sponsor and I will be the joint sponsor. We have been living in the same household for a little over a year now and were hoping to wait to get married once her mother gets here with us. Because we are not married yet, we did not file income taxes together last year. My question is “How do we fill out the household size in I-864? Am I going to count her and her two dependent children in my household or will she count me?” “If we must file separately with me being a joint sponsor, will I be able to use our same address?”

I appreciate your help.

For the purposes of the affidavit of support you are not in the same household. She counts her dependents, you count your dependents.
