Well, we have received our notice of approval on the I-130 I submitted on behalf of my husband (only 49 days in USCIS when we were prepared to wait for MONTHS!) so yay!!!

Thanks largely to the members of this site, I feel prepared for the next steps of the process. I have the necessary documents gathered, photographs ready, and the NVC on speed dial ready to get our case number. The thing that I'm wondering now is what additional documents (if any) should I submit with the visa application? **Note: I will most likely be required to use the DS-260 and email my documents as a PDF file, but this was puzzling me when I was still thinking I'd be using the DS-230 and snail-mailing it**

I think I have read somewhere that it is beneficial to submit copies of the NOA2 and the support documents that were sent with the I-130 along with the submission of the required DS-260 supporting documents. I am specifically wondering if I should include proof of relationship documents at this stage of the game or not. I have compiled email logs, chat logs, photos, bank statements, etc. that I plan on bringing to the interview, but will including excerpts of these along with the required documentation help us at the NVC or will they just get in our way?

As always, thanks in advance for any advice!!!

No, you don't need to submit a copy of the NOA2, the NOA2 is only a receipt of an adjudication decision. Including it in the evidence pile is doing nothing more than including a piece of fluff.

Whether or not you want to include relationship evidence at the NVC stage is up to you. Anything you submitted to USCIS is already part of the file. Anything you submit in addition to what is required could cause a slight slowdown to your case as they would have more things to look at so to speak.

Yep, that's what I'm afraid of. Thanks for the advice, I think I'll stick to the bare minimum and over-prepare for the interview.
