hello my husband send ds 3032 t nvc and pay the fee they respond him by email that they are receive i the problem is when i called nvc by phone they told me that they didn t receiv it yet what sould i do?

If you sent it electronically, then you may need to send it again. Put second request in the subject line with your case number, DS-3032 Choice of Agent Form, Second Request. But I would do this only if you have already paid your AOS and have submitted that packet for processing.

my PD IS APRIL 2011 I RECEIVE APPROUVAL IN OCTOBER 2011 MY CASE STAY AT NVC UNTIL LAST 15 DAYS THEY SEND ME DS 3032 TO START PROCESS WHEN I SNED IT TO THEM WITH PAYMENT THEY RESPND US BY EMAIL THAT THEY ACCEPT IT BUT WHEN I CALLED NVC THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN T RECEIV IT WHAT THAT MEAN ///??? i send it since four days
