...is it possible or any case the Embassy Manila may reject/refuse the Spousal Visa even USCIS and NVC approved your petition?? Many Thanks!

Sure if you dont pass the interview. Remember the Consulate in Manila is the one who issues your visa, not USCIS, they just process the application.

Of course they can;but you need to do everything in your power to make sure that your spouse has everything he/she needs to make it a smooth interview. We all went through the process. I was there with my wife and I know that everyone cannot be there with their spouse;but it is a good thing if you can be there. The Manilla Embassy staff in my opinion are great and friendly;but you must be very prepared for the interview. My wife's interview was a breeze.

My suggestion to you is to make sure that your spouse is well prepared. If your spouse is denied, a paper will be given stating what is needed to get the visa. Good luck.

we've done from the interview last 14th Aug...and the consular asked for co-sponsor I-864 and we submitted last 23rd of Aug..but until now we're still waiting for our visa (son/mine) I am just worried. By the way the interview was also smooth, I am just worrying is when they will produce our Visa :'( Thanks for your concern.

As long as the co-sponsor income is sufficient you should be fine.
