Hello, I am not sure if this is the right place to put this but here goes. I have my cousin who came to the US after the Haiti earthquake in 2010, he was granted tps and recently we applied for a traveling document, so he could go home to see his parents. His TPS is valid until january 2013. 4 days before he was suppose to travel, his passport alongside his other immigration papers. Can he get those documents replaced, or do we have to apply for them all over again? Thanks in advance

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
