Not according to the visa scheduling site for Mexico.

is there a way to pay visa fee and schedule interview without passport numbers? they are currently in production and i dont want to wait that long. interview dates fill up quickly for k1 visas. :bonk:

first of all before you could CANNOT pay the visa fee without your passport...secondly your receipt# will be your passport#. so to answer your question "NOPE"...sorry :blush:

(or maybe philippines procedure is way different with your consulate i'm not sure :bonk: )

Not that I am aware of.
