Hi people, Im preparing my IV packege and i have a doubt regarding the petitioner`s address. The matter is that due to the lawyer that helped us filling I130 and AOS advice we completed those forms with my wife`s address in the US but now im reading in some topics here that if the petitioner is living abroad, the correct address would be the address abroad. My wife and my son have been living here with me in Argentina for one year, before that my wife was coming and going but after giving birth to my child in the US they came here. So the question is..... what address should i put my wife and child live in DS230 when she already filled I130 and AOS with her US address.?????

Thank u

Hola Alito,

My husband has been living with me in Australia while filling in the DS-230. So in the question that requires to nominate the address you will be living abroad I will put in the address that your wife is intending to live in.

In my experience my husband didn't have an address in the US so in that field I mention that he is intending to enter the US before me and establish a residence. I had a proof to that in the form of his work contract in the US that starts in mid Sept.

Hope this helps
