Another question for everone, Is the letters of intent that we sent USCIS and also two new ones with recent Dates , proof enough for the interview at the embassy that we are engaged to be married? or should I start to panic? She is my Fiance'e but have not purchased a ring yet. I wanted her to come here so we can pick one out together.

Don't freak out! I asked this question bc I too was freaking out. Our plan is the same as yours to pick out the rings (engagement and wedding) together when my fiance arrives. I was told just explain that to the interviewer and you are ok. Just make sure you bring proof of the ongoing relationship such as emails, chats, skype calls and so on. Good luck

Do you have pictures of the engagement? And yes all the other stuff to prove that you have an ongoing relationship including any Western Union funds receipts etc.

Depends on the consulate. In Kiev...no problem. In Ho Chi Mihn City, no. In Manilla? Country specific.
