No, do not glue it to the form, just include it with the documents. My wife put her photos in a baggy and included that with the documents.

ah ok because somewhere in the USEM-Manila review someone mention it should be glued but thats way back year 2008 lol :bonk: thanks :thumbs:

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

On the form itself I believe it has a spot for the photo and it says glue or staple there - just ignore that, but just include the 2X2 photos (4)

My Fiancee put hers in a baggy too.She said she included it also with her Documents.

received May 2nd 2011

NOA1 Notice Date:May 4th 2011

NOA 2 txt/ email on july 18th 2011

NOA 2 received in Mail July 20th dated July 18th 2011

NOA2 in "74" days!

NO RFE

I didn't submit any 2x2 picture during my interview.. I thought Embassy would ask me.. I passed 3 pcs of 2x2 picture at Saint lukes and they did forward it to USEM that's why..

we weren't asked for additional pictures as well. though we have prepared some. i was about to give more pictures at the last window where in they'll ask you how do you want to get your visa, but i saw in folder documents that i still have unused pictures there. so i think those are the ones SLEC got from us. i hope it wont cause any problem.
