Hi,

For my AOS Package I only included 2010 and 2011, that was enough for NVC to complete my case.

Most people send 3years of Tax transcripts though.

06.09.2012 - I-797 Hard Copy Received (NOA2)

NVC STAGE-77 Days

06.29.2012 - NVC Received (Called hotline on 06.02)

07.03.2012 - Case Number and IIN / Emailed DS-3032

07.11.2012 - AOS Invoice Generated / Paid AOS / Emailed DS-3032 again

07.12.2012 - AOS Showed as PAID

07.13.2012 - NVC Accepted DS-3032

07.14.2012 - Sent Off AOS Package via DHL (PH-USA)

We only sent 1 year, but we have consistent income comfortably above the minimum threshold. If you have large swings in income or some other circumstance you may want to send more, but in general send the minimum in the process and be prepared for more at the interview.
