Received NOA1 June 7th and just got email/text saying NOA2 approved on August 18th for my fiance from Belarus! Only 72 days! Was concerned about petition getting sent to CSC instead of VSC because VSC was previously faster. Now after reading all the troubles and long wait for VSC, glad ours got sent to California! Even after a little over 3 months since Tatiana and I last met, it seems like forever just using email, sms, and skype to chat. Can't imagine those who have waited much longer than I. Hope everyone else's gets processed fast as well, waiting is definitely tough. Will be flying out to Belarus in October to ask her mom for her hand in marriage before she leaves. Hopefully shortly thereafter, she'll be here in my arms with me! Cheers!
