Feeling nervous, hoping it's all done right. Few questions:

As it's my step-dad filing for me, we've got:

- His and my mums marriage cert. to show they married before I was 18

- My birth cert.

- Mum & dads divorce cert.

- My step-dad & his ex-wifes divorce cert.

- Oh, and also mum & step-dad's marriage cert.

1) I'm a bit confused with a few things, do we need a copy of my step-dad's birth cert to prove his US Citizenship? Or is his US passport enough? Or does it need both?

2) When listing the petitioner (my step-dad)'s address, we put his address he lives in here, in Australia? Yes? We've put their US address as the intended place for the intended address where the relative intends to live in the US. It also asks the relative's address abroad after that question, which is the current address put in for the relative (me) earlier? If that makes sense? Just checking that's okay and that my step-dad does not need to put in the US address as his current living address...?

3) In question D, other information, it asks "If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names" etc. We've written down my mum, and my brother. Although I'm unsure if my brother needs to be petitioned for, as he is my step-dad's child, and my mums. So, he would already be able to claim USC would he not? He's only 10 years old, and was born in Australia. So do we not list him as being petitioned for? Is it also an issue if my mum's petition is not yet being filed? But still list her anyways on this I-130?

Help is greatly appreciated! I don't want them to need more documents or have wrong information. Need to send this off ASAP so I can hopefully get it in there before I'm 21!

Thanks!
