Is the SMEF guidance counseling open to all country of destination from Monday to Friday?

Are you referring PDOS? I believe should be attending Guidance Counseling Seminar. I am married to a norwegian.

Are you referring PDOS? I believe should be attending Guidance Counseling Seminar. I am married to a norwegian.

From what I remember, one was given after the other. I think you still need to attend the PDOS, as it is required for registration at CFO.

After you comply with all the requirements and finish the counseling session, you will be given the Certificate of Attendance by SMEF-COW or CFO which you will have to bring along with other pertinent documents, to the CFO, for registration.

Registration to the CFO requires the emigrant to present originals and photocopies of relevant documents, fill out a registration form for Emigrants (click here) or for Immigrant Workers (click here), attend the Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) or the Peer Counseling Seminar, and pay the authorized registration fee.

if i were you don't go to the one in quirino avenue is tooooooooo crowded. you will be wasting your time going there...people are start lining up early morning there (4am). you might lost spot.

my advice go to the one in quezon city. call the quirino avenue office to get the complete address of their office in quezon city.

Is it SMEF Office are you referring to, do they do counseling Monday to Friday for all countries? Thanks.
