This whole process with NVC is way confusing. We wouldn't be able to get throught it without VisaJourney members. Thanks a lot!

p.s. A short question as to our packet 3.

My husband mailed his I-864, but as we have a joined sponsor, we didn't know that we had to send his proof of citizenship. SO today I've received an email from NVC saying that they require some docs...

In order to send them, should my husband reasseble the whole package again, OR just send the required documents??

thanks a lot for response!

NVC can be very confusing. Just send the documents that they need or ask by NVC, you don't need to do the whole package again unless ask by NVC. But make sure you put the bar coversheet provide by NVC with the request of document that they send.

Just carefully decode exactly what they are asking for and send that!! There are also specific pages of notice that must be included. It only took a couple of weeks after we sent in our RFE and approval was given. :star:

When responding to a checklist from the NVC, all you need to submit is what they are asking for (I know this from first hand experience).

the funny thing is that my husband called NVC and they said to send the whole package...

i don't get it!

The call centers are known for disinformation. Just send what they requested!
