Im looking to purchase one way plane ticket for my mom from MNL to SFO. Which website has the best offer?

Ps:

(how is she able to get her ticket? Or she just need to show up at the airport and check-in on the day of her flight? Or she needs the ticket on hand.)

If you purchase ticket in US be sure to send her copies front and back of credit card, and identification, drivers license etc. Be sure she uses a private computer to print and not cafe

my fiance buys his tickets in expedia.com he sent me the confirmation thru email and then printed out the iterinary from the website and then just show it to the airport.
