SO I just wanted to know if anyone has called the NVC and asked if there interview was assigned they said "NO, you missed the deadline for August"? BUT still received an interview date?

What does that even mean"you missed the deadline for August?" You have to have a case complete by a certain date during the month to get an interview for the next month?
