221G ako nung K1 visa interview den a week after that, sinend ko agad ang docs.. Gano ktagal bago mareview ng USEM un? any experience? sino sa inyo na-221G din ng evidence of current sustained income? Ano mga ipinasa nyo.. I am starting to worry and lose hope.. :(( naiiyak na ko.. parang napakailap ng visa sakin.. haaayyys

11/23/2011 - I129F filed
11/25/2011 - NOA1
11/30/2011 - TOUCHED

04/25/2012 - 5 months of waiting. Fiance called USCIS to ask for an update. They told us to wait for a few more days.

04/27/2012 - RFE email notification :(
05/03/2012 - RFE hardcopy received. They are asking for circumstances of meeting and proof of meeting within 2 years.
05/04/2012 - RFE reply sent
05/11/2012 - RFE reply received by CSC
05/21/2012 - NOA2 text and email notification :)
05/24/2012 - NOA2 hardcopy received

NVC Processing
06/25/2012 - I called NVC and got our case number. Visa Fee paid as well.
06/28/2012 - I129F was forwarded to USEM. Interview scheduled.

Cheer up sis!!! Don't lose hope.i guess US embassy are pretty busy now due to the flood last week and some applicant was reschedule,have faith and claim that you deserve that visa at hindi mailap syo.keep on praying and always think possitive.God bless you!..

Aug.22'12 Biometrics done(Detroit,MI)

Sept.19 USCIS mailed a noticed they approved my Travel Docs.

Sept.20 EAD card on production(approved in 60 days!)

Sept.25 USPS pick up mail from USCIS(EAD card on the way!)

Sept.27 EAD card received.

Sept 28 went to SSOffice for name change on SSN card.

Oct 05'12 Got my new SSN card.

April 16'13 USCIS emailed Case Status:Card/Document Production.

April 20'13 Recieved mail from USCIS welcome notice.

April 22'13 USCIS email that USPS picked up mail containing my GC.

April 25'13 Green Card on hand,finally!...

Thanks sis.. I am really hoping na I'll get approved na within this week.. Okay lng maghintay ng visa bsta alam kong approved na.. hehehe.. almost 8 years na kmi ni fiance.. We deserve to get married na! visa nlng hinihintay.. *sigh*

Yup.. And I send them income letter, employment letter, recent paychecks, and recent paystubs.. Sana nga makareceive na ko good news.. haayy.. thanks sis.

hi sis we are under AR too,, i just done my interview aug 14 my interview went well so i tot i was approved but they gave 221-g form, with out any documents to be sent or lacking but just wait until u hear from us... :crying: .. we really want to have the visa as soon as possible coz im 6mons preggy, but still no luck i hope we will get our visa soon...just keep on praying and keep your self busy.. Tnx Takecare always..

ohh.. yes sis.. our visa will come.. i really hope it will come sooner! dito kse c fiance ko.. return flight nya sa sept 12.. xempre mas maganda kung sabay na kmi punta US db? though he is willing to re-schedule his flight, mas ok pa din na at ease na ko.. malaman ko lng na approved na ang visa, masaya na ko!

hwg po kyo mag alala usually prng 5-6wks lng yn tas saka kayo mkkakuha ng reply sa knla kc gnun dn yn nang yari s isang pinay d2 within 5wks approved n sila..kya pray lng po tyo mga kabayan :thumbs:

Hi Shy! Hang in there.. Don't lose hope. Everything happens for a reason, di man natin alam o malaman kung bakit pero meron dahilan. Kaya huwag kang mag-alala, everything will work out for the good kasi you have good intentions. Glad to know you have your fiance with you, enjoy lang kayo and dont stress yourself too much =] You have done everything you can and provided everything you have kaya be patient na lang in waiting... Mag beauty rest para sa flight mo and sa wedding =] Your visa is coming soon!

hi,im on the same situation.Our interview was last july 6 2012,we were given a 221g form need to submit my daughters form I864 with original signiture and a joint sponsor form I864 and w2 2011.I already submitted the said documents last july 14 and the embassy got it last july 16 forwarded it to the consul july 17. The consul said we are approved but need to submit joint sponsor .....Its been 6 weeks since then but still on review.I know God has a reason for all whats happening but somehow i feel depressed its been 2 years since i last saw my husband we chat everyday,he even call us everyday BUT theres a LOT of difference between a webcam and a reality :crying: .....Depressed,stress.... :(
