Hi,

We are waiting for NOA 2, but in the mean time I (not from the USA) am moving in my own country. The application forms all havee my old address, is this difficult to change?

And will it delay the process?

Thanks!

Which country are you from? Some countries mail the packet 3 to the beneficiaries, while others email it.

Apparently, for Netherlands, they actually send it to you in the mail http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Netherlands&cty=Amsterdam

I would think that contacting the Embassy (as soon as you have the new case number from the NVC) to update your address with them, would be the way to go.

Maybe others have better ideas?
