Okay! Last question! You all have been so very helpful. Bear with me this one last time! On my statements of intent to marry, I seem to have made the booboo of writing both the address to the filing location in Texas AS WELL AS the consulate in Peru. In order to fix this, I would have to have my Fiancee send me new copies that dont have the consulate address..Does anyone have reason to think it will matter?

Thanks so much for your reply! BTW, Did you put Vermont service center anywhere on your packet? I have been told to stick with the Texas address as the only one...I'm from Pennsylvania so I'll probably be going through the Vermont Svc...

You have no choice on where your case goes to.

As for the original question, I don't think it matters. My Fiancee did not address it to anyone in particular, just a to whom it may concern.

Thanks! but it wasnt the letter itself that worried me, but rather the addresses on the letter. for example, it reads like this:

My address

USCIS address

Peruvian consolate address

"To whom it may concern..."

Will having both addresses cause problems?
