Happy Halloween!!

My husbands EAD timeline was 10/20 card in production, 10/25 card mailed, 10/27 card received. We spent all day today in the social security office (in Bakersfield, CA)...makes me miss small town Mississippi. They say his SS card will be delivered within 10 days...we shall see :)

Congratulations to everyone who has finished their interviews! And fingers crossed that all those EADs come in the mail this week! We are patiently waiting for our interview reschedule notice...I'm thinking Jan or Feb, ekkk!

What?! You moved to Bakersfield CA?! Am from Bakersfield!

I moved to NC Saturday to be with my husband who is in the military . He's deploying soon so I will be moving back. We filed back in Aug. a few days ago I got a USCIS text notication...interview for Nov 29th!

Good luck hope you have a speedy process

08/03/12- AOS packet acceptance (I-130,I-765,I-485)

08/08/12- USCIS email & text notification only I-765

08/13/12- NOA biometrics appointment (08/28/12)

08/14/12- Early walk-in biometrics appointment SUCCESSFUL!

08/21/12- NOA I-130, I-485 & I-765 receipts

10/06/12- USCIS text notification I-765 EAD card in production

We went to our interview appointment yesterday, drove down to Casper in the midnight for almost 7 hours for 9:15am appointment. we got the hard copy of the appointment from our congressman. So we arrived early and just waited until the time came. the officer show up on time and tell us he can't do the interview yesterday because my other file still in Denver while other one with him. He waited my file came from Denver until yesterday but nothing show up. He said it was pointless if we do the interview when the files not complete. I was so mad when he told us about that, he canceled my interview and said will rescheduled again between this month or next month( can you imagine that). The officer also told us that I have two separated files where most people only have one file.He don't even know what file was that. So does anyone ever have same issues like me, have 2 separated files on your cases ??

I got the same card production notice twice. The online notices are really unreliable!

a lot of people have been having that so it's nothing new.

Didn't you have your interview a couple days ago?

How did it go?

Me and my wife attended the Aos interview last Monday. The IO asked for IDs ,Basics questions like where and when did we met ? , she collected my I-94 and bona-fide evidence.

it went smooth without any tricky questions but she didn't gave us a decision on spot even until this moment we didn't hear from them.

I'm really worried i don't know what to do .

By the way at the end of the interview she gave me a paper to sign it , it says where did i meet my wife? and the answer of the question!! I dont know if thats normal or not.
