It has been awhile since my husband and I have received any information on our K-3 application. Today during my lunch break I tried to call and try and get more information than is available online. After pushing a million buttons to get through all the prompts, I got a recoding of everything that I had already read online. Does anyone know the succession of prompts needed to actually talk to a person about my case? Thanks in advance.

when I call for updates(which there never are) I call 1-800-375-5283............................

1-2-6-1(enter case #) confirm the # is correct 1-then I press 3(listen to horrible music until someone comes on). Mondays & Tuesdays seem to be their busiest days, you could wait up to 10 minutes.

good luck

Anytime we had to call them we waited up to and close to a half hr :(

1/2 an hour? That is outrageous..........no one should have to listen to that horrible music for that long :P . When I have called on a Thurs/Fri, I maybe waited 2-4 minutes

Maybe I should wait til Friday to call again. I wish they would let the beneficiary call. It would be much easier in my case.
