hello everyone and thanks again for your endless support. My fiance(e) had recently completed her biometric appointment here in Guam for her AOS. Now, my greatest concern is that I did not include a EAD or employment authorization document on her I-485. Is it too late for us to submit another EAD since she already went through her Biometric appointment?? We are planning to go to California and she wants to apply for a job there. When I submitted her i-485 form and it stated that it's only optional? Can we still send her EAD or is it too late? Please your help is greatly appreciated..

You can send an EAD application now. It will still be free if you include with it a copy of your NOA1 from the I-485 (That is the notice you got that says "we received your I-485 application and have put it in initial review"). The qualification code is C9.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
