Expeditious Processing at Embassy/Consulate

I received an email today confirming our file was sent from NVC to the US Embassy in London and was accepted for "expeditious processing." Does anyone know what "expeditious processing" means?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

No, I did not ask for expeditious processing - but the file was stuck in additional processing/administrative processing at NVC 18 days.

At this point your interview depends a lot on when you get the forms mailed in, your documents/evidence in hand, and medical appointment completed. You won't get an interview assigned until those things are done. Maybe you get a top of the stack sticker for some reason......just kidding, I made that up.
