need help - Police certificate(s)

Hello every one,

I have a question about "Police certificate(s)". This is required? and does it need to be submitted in IV package? if it is required, can we request to bring this paper to the interview ? My Visa journey starts soon. I got NOA2 on July 20th.

No, NVC will not complete your case there until all documents are received. If you are required to submit a police report it needs to go with your IV package to NVC.

Just for the Beneficiary. I had the police certificates missing from the IV packet and I called NVC and the lady told me they needed the police certificates to be able to complete the case. I also wanted my husband (the beneficiary) to take them to the interview with him but NVC needs them.
