USCIS haven't touch my AoS package

hi my vjs fellows, well Im a lil bit worried cause my husband and I sent my AoS package 2 weeks ago, and they haven't touch it yet. We know that cause they havent cash our check, the money is still in our account (1070 dls) and there's no NOA 1 either. We sent it through fedex, tracking it every day and it's been 9 days since it reached the USCIS lockbox.

Im worried cause when we sent my k1 package they cash the check 2 days later and within 8 days, we had our noa 1 in hand.

This is a lil bit of my background:

Came here with a k1 visa on april 20, got married on May 17 and filled for AoS on July 19. We did everything within the 90 days.

I was reading some post that the DREAMERS immigration issue may cause, some delates in the USCIS processing time. Is this true?

Should I be worry?

I am sorry but 9 days are nothing, give them 30 days before you call.

It is normal for it to take up to a month for check cash and NOA1.

Everyone has a conspiracy about who is making their file slow... dreamers, election year, TPS... it's all mere rumor.
